The Seshen is a San Francisco Bay Area-based outfit that blends pop, electronica, and hip-hop into a one soul-driven whole. The seven-piece collected a diverse following after the release of its 2012 debut album, which captured its inclusive fusion of afro-Caribbean percussion, textured electronics, thick bass lines and the ethereal vocals of Akasha Orr and Lalin St. Juste. Soon after, The Seshen signed with Tru Thought records and released the Unravel EP in 2014.
