Jonas Gardell is a comedian and writer who is well-known for both his novels and plays. He published his first novel Passionsspelet, in 1985 and has since gone on to become a renowned stand-up comedian. One of the first openly gay entertainers in Sweden, Gardell broke boundaries through his quick wit and distinctive brand of intelligent comedy.
