George Xylouris and Jim White make-up the Cretan folk rock duo Xylouris White. Combining the traditional greek folk with modern rock and taking innovative risks along the way, the experimental group crafts a sound it calls "goatish," after what it describes as a risk-taking, quintessentially Cretan animal -- the goat.
