Crater is a Seattle-based duo that churns out industrial electropop tunes inspired by various of 1990s influences. Using elements of grunge and witchy alternative pop to color its sound, Crater earned a following after releasing only a single song, the 2014 single "Crater Head." After signing to Mermaid Ave, the duo released a string of singles, including the freak-synth bomb "Brew," to critical acclaim and began headlining national tours in 2015.
