About
Herfølge Boldklub Køge, popularly known as HB Køge, is a football team that competes in the Danish 1st Division, which is the second-tier football competition in the country. It plays it home games at Køge Idrætspark and is based in the Municipality of Køge. The team was founded in 2009 after the unification of Køge Boldklub and Herfølge Boldklub. It debuted in the Danish Superliga, but eventually secured a place in the 1st Division.
