Brett Kissel is a singer/songwriter from Flat Lake, Alberta who crafts his own blend of country pop rock with traditional and modern elements. After releasing his debut album Tried and True -- A Canadian Tribute, in 2006, he took his time cultivating his own songwriting style and mastering a distinctive brand of contemporary country. Kissel dropped his sophomore effort Started With a Song, in 2013 with of help of his backing band.
