Zed Tempo is a roots rock band from Lincoln, Nebraska. The origin of the band goes back to 2003, when two of its members were performing as an acoustic duo named The 25 Cent Tacos. As the years wore on, the duo's musical chemistry started to develop further and it enlisted other musical like-minded individuals in the process. After a few years, Zed Tempo was eventually formed. Weaving together a sonic tapestry that pulls from funk, folk, groove rock and electroacoustic, Zed Tempo has proven itself as a multifaceted band that's unafraid to push the boundaries.
