Dead Gaze is a lo-fi pop outfit from Oxford, Mississippi that's fronted by R. Cole Furlow. Having maintained a true to heart DYI ethos, the group has been self releasing material, oftentimes on cassette, since 2010. Though the group's rough 'n' tumble sound doesn't really cater to mainstream musical sensibilities, Dead Gaze is more than comfortable performing its shoddily produced songs to niche audiences who "get" the group's musical approach.
