SF1

About

SF1 is the moniker of Shane Franklin, a Denver, CO native and entertainer who got his start emceeing at the age of nine. After studying music, acting and dance at both the high school and University levels, he released his debut album Cornbread, in 2009, featuring an amalgam of traditional African, Latin, hip-hop and fusion jazz. For his follow-up album, SF1 included elements of Middle Eastern, Afro Cuban and straight forward rock music in his tunes with the help of producer and his long time friend Cesar Gonzales. Blending various medias into his music endeavors, SF1 operates with a crew of percussionists, drummers, dancers and guest vocalists to enhance his already multi-dimensional live shows.
