iZCALLI is an indie rock band that rose to the attention in Denver's rock en Español scene after its formation in 2005. After deciding to liven-up its initial acoustic aesthetic, the trio released its debut album Pintas en Pasteles, in 2007, capturing its Latin-flavored powerpop sound for the first time. iZCALLI has since continued to break its sonic boundaries by including various genres in its sound, including indie pop, garage rock and experimental rock.
