About
Louis-Jean Cormier is an indie pop singer/songwriter based in Quebec. After founding the alternative rock outfit Karkwa in the late 1990s and releasing a series of well-received records, Cormier ventured into a solo career with the release of his debut record, Le treizième étage. The 2012 album features his accessible lyrics and earnest blend of indie pop and folk elements.
