The Wind + the Wave is an indie folk duo composed of long-time friends Dwight Baker and Patricia Lynn. After meeting in Austin in the mid-2000s, the two artists discovered their collaborative chemistry and began writing songs with no intention of performing as a band. They quickly realized that the only way to do justice to their work was to play it themselves, so they officially teamed up as The Wind + The Wave in 2012. The duo released its debut album From the Wreckage, in 2014.
