Northern Arms is an alternative rock group that blends rootsy Americana with gospel and good old fashioned rock and roll. Formed in Philadelphia in 2012, the band first captured the full emotional spectrum of its sound on its eponymous 2015 LP, which appeals to the contradicting aspects of humanity, particularly though the heart-wrenching single "Below the Pines."
