The Wildhearts is a rock and roll band from Newcastle that has earned acclaim for its melodic blend of hard rock and pop. Since its initial formation in 1990, the group has survived several breakups and reunions while also building an impressive catalog of records, starting with its 1993 debut, Earth vs the Wildhearts. Despite its on-and-off history, the group has always been anchored by two of its founders, vocalist and guitarist Ginger and lead guitarist CJ.
