Based in Lowell, MA, My Fictions is a hardcore rock band comprised of lead singer and bassist, Bryan Carifio, Tyler Bradley and Ryan Boone on guitar and drummer Seamus Menihane. Reinventing and revolutionizing the genre since 2010, My Fictions is considered to be one of the most influential hardcore bands in the genre. In 2014 the band released its LP Stranger Songs, featuring "Stubborn" as its first single. Although the dark and heavy track is recorded with the raw edges of early screamo, "Stubborn" evolves into a much more melodic song.
