Rocket & The Ghost is a New York City-based band that blends a number of varied styles including alternative rock, modern folk and vintage country to create a unique and unmistakable sonic amalgam. The group was formed in 2011 when chief singer/songwriter Kiyoshi Matsuyama left the popular rock band London Souls to pursue his own musical endgame. After enlisting a few like-minded individuals, intent on helping Matsuyama build his musical vision, Rocket & The Ghost was born. With a knack for performance, the group has cultivated a strong reputation for its live shows, that typically feature a wide swath of songs that straddle the genre gamut.
