One of the most successful clubs in Brazilian football history, Cruzeiro is a Brazilian football club from Barro Preto that competes in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série B and Campeonato Mineiro. Founded in 1921 and fondly known as “Raposa”, the club has an illustrious history with four Serie A and 6 Copa do Brasil triumphs. On the international level, the club has achieved success including two Copa Libertadores and Supercopa Sudamericana titles each. The team plays its home games at the Mineirão. The club shares a fierce rivalry with Atlético Mineiro and has featured football superstars like Ronaldo, Maicon and Rivaldo.
