Atlético Clube Goianiense more commonly known as Atlético Goianiense is one of the oldest Brazilian football clubs from the city of Goiânia. Affectionately known as “Dragão”, the club was founded in 1937 and schedules its home games at the Estádio Antônio Accioly. The club competes in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A and has a rich local history consisting of one Série B, Série C and Campeonato Goiano Championship victories.
