Blending a wide assortment of genres that ends up spawning a self-stylized "vaudevillian country bluegrass pop" sound, Scranton, Pennsylvania-based group And the Moneynotes is well-regarded, if for nothing more than its inventiveness. Founded in 2006, the group didn't waste any time refining or honing its sound, instead opting to quickly enter the studio to record its 2007 debut EP, This Year We Hunt.
