Founded in 2013, Minos the Saint is a Louisiana band that channels the bayou's rich musical history to create an interesting style of music that's steeped in history. With an epically biblical folk sound that conjures imagery of mighty Sampson slaying a doomed lion, the band also manages to blend a unique New Orleans jazz style into its sonic foray to create songs that sound like they're doggedly emerging, slowly yet surly from the gloppy cesspool of musical creation.
