Nick Boundy, who performs and releases music under his M4sonic guise, is an Australian producer who first received notoriety in 2012 after a self-made video of his song "Weapon" went viral on YouTube. Classically trained in piano, Boundy has always had a strong affinity for musicianship and live instrumentals--uncommon finds in the digitized world of EDM. Solving his producer's lament, Boundy uses a sample trigger and MIDI controller called the Novation Launchpad to provide his concerts a bit of spontaneity and improvisational flair.
