TV Großwallstadt 1888 e.V. is a sports club in the city of Großwallstadt, Germany which is known all over the country for its handball team. It is considered as one of the best and is undoubtedly one of the most successful handball teams in Germany. The team tasted victory for the first time when it won the Deutscher Meister (Handball) in 1973. Just a few years later, it paved its way into the Bundesliga and thus began the golden era of TV Großwallstadt. It managed to give its fan many celebratory moments with its top-notch performances and achievements like winning the European Club Championship, IHF Cup, Euro City Cup and many more. The team currently competes in the 2nd Bundesliga and plays its home games at the F.a.n. Frankenstolz Arena.
