About

Alex Zinn, who performs and releases music under his SpinnZinn guise, is a producer and DJ from Miami. Building a strong interest in music as a child, Zinn went on to learn how to play an assortment of instruments including violin, trumpet and guitar. At the age of 12, Zinn received his first set of turntables and a mixer, thus launching him on his long trail as an electronic music journeyman. Moving to Germany in 2002, Zinn soaked up a number of varied styles that were popular, most notably trance and tech house. After moving back to Miami in 2007, Zinn established himself as one of the city's premier beatsmiths.
