Timotheus "Timo" Romme, better known as MOTi, is a Dutch DJ and electro house music producer, born on March 23, 1987, in Amsterdam. He began his DJing career at the age of 18, driven by a newfound passion for mixing music. His debut came in 2012 with the release of "Circuits" through Afrojack's Wall Recordings. MOTi's rise to fame was bolstered by his remixes for artists such as Flo Rida, Tiësto, and Far East Movement, which led to collaborations with major names like Martin Garrix and Major Lazer. Notably, his 2014 track "Virus (How About Now)," created in partnership with Garrix, reached No. 27 on the Dutch Single Top 100. MOTi has performed at prestigious festivals like Tomorrowland and Electric Daisy Carnival, gaining worldwide recognition. In 2018, he launched his label, Zero Cool, to foster creative expression. His body of work includes hits like "Blow Your Mind" and "Lost," characterized by a fusion of electro house, hip hop, and progressive house, aimed at energizing and uplifting listeners.
