Hailing from London, Melt Yourself Down is a modern jazz band that uses elements of punk, funk and avant-garde experimentalism in its music. Formed by saxophonists Pete Warehman and Polar Bear, the band signed with The Leaf Label just int time to release its self-titled debut album in 2013. The record was praised for its use of African rhythms and timeless production. Melt Yourself Down continued to push its fusion jazz forward with a busy touring schedule and records like 2016's Last Evenings On Earth.
