Denitia and Sene is a Brooklyn-based duo that emerged in 2012, brandishing a smooth, neo-soul sound. With the free verse prowess of rapper Sene and the evocative singer/songwriter style of Denitia, the duo cultivated a sonic aesthetic that plays in both light and dark realms, much like the visual allure of classic film noir but combined with modern electronic beats and minimal, pop-infused R&B.
