About

Zilla is a self stylized livetronica band based in Boulder, Colorado. Comprised of Jamie Janover, Aaron Holstein and Michael Travis, Zillia was initially started as a side project for Travis during his away time from serving as drummer for the popular jam band String Cheese Incident. Opting to create wholly organic, entirely improvised music during its live shows, the trio manages to blend an assortment of genres including Balearic beat, trance and a number of other rhythmically driven styles together to create an interesting and dance friendly sound.
