Hailing from Texas, The Golden Dawn Arkestra in an experimental group that mixes psychedelia with cinematic textures. Led by Washington, DC native and Nigeria-raised artist Zapot Mgwana, the band pulls rhythmic elements of afrobeat, avant-garde textures and an overpowering neo-psychedelic rock sensibility to design its own mind-altering sonic aesthetic.
