About
Bioshaft is an alternative rock group from Caracas, Venezuela that was founded in 2010. Influenced by an early 1990s Southern California funk influenced rock style, the group refined its sound and stage show early in its career by playing a number of low profile shows around Caracas. The group released its debut LP, Lines in the Dark, in 2012 and the album helped solidify Bioshaft's standing as one of Venezuela's more promising young rock acts.
