About
King Nine is a New York City-based hardcore punk band that was formed by ex-members of Mind Piece and Backtrack in 2010. With only a demo under its belt, the five-piece outfit earned a following on the New England show circuit as it honed its intense sound during its formative years. King Nine dropped its self-titled debut EP, in 2012, followed quickly by its first full-length effort, Scared to Death, which was released with Mass Movement Records in 2013.
