Cheikh Gordon is a Kingston, Jamaica-born hip-hop artist who creates music under the pseudonym Zuse. Based in Atlanta, Georgia he began rapping at the age of 18, and having previously developed a musical pallet on the classic tunes of R&B artists such as Marvin Gaye and Aretha Franklin, as well as reggae legends like Bob Marley, he crafted his own soulful, Jamaican-flavored sound. Splitting his time between his hometown and Atlanta, he recorded and refined his music at his friend's home studio and emerged with his debut mixtape, Who Is He?, in 2011.
