About
A Great Big World is a theatrically-inspired pop duo from New York that's comprised of Ian Axel and Chad Vaccarino. Founded in 2012, while Axel and Vacarino were studying music business at New York University, the two quickly identified a special musical relationship and helped foster songs out of each other. Creating dramatic pop songs with a nod to their love of Broadway musicals, A Great Big Wold quickly found itself touring the country and opening for notable acts like Ingrid Michaelson, Five For Fighting and Glee star Matthew Morrison.
