The Blind Pets is a rock trio from Austin, Texas that blends a number of psychedelic and stoner metal influences together to create a unique sonic tapestry. Comprised of guitarist and vocalist Joshua Logan, bassist Dustin Hannah and drummer Lee Stuart, the band played a high number of shows during its formative years and managed to become a popular draw in Austin's neo-psych music community. Though the group's debut album failed to properly capture The Blind Pets' cohesive method, the band's sophomore effort, 2009's Smashed, delivered a defining sonic documentation that has gone on to bring the trio hoards of new fans.
