Mise en Scene is a Winnipeg, Canada-based duo consisting of Stefanie Blondal Johnson and Jodi Dunlop. The two make sweet, nostalgic-sounding garage rock that brings to mind Sixties pop bands. Their first full-length album, Desire's Despair, was released in 2012. The band has been commended for its energetic live shows.
