About
Antonio Albanese is an Italian comedian, actor, director and writer who is probably best known for his impressions of stereotypical Italian mobsters. Born and raised in the northern Italian town of Lombardy, Albanese studied at the Civic Drama School in Milan before pursuing acting full time. Though Albanese has gone on to appear in several films and TV shows since making his acting debut in the early 1990s, Albanese has also managed to maintain a busy schedule for his stand-up comedy career.
