Weird Together is an electronic music project composed of Dick Johnson and Nick Dwyer. With an affinity for exotic, avant-garde sounds and a sharp ability to sculpt those sounds into dance grooves, the duo was initially inspired to create music after listening to Ethiopian Jazz records and deciding there was potential to transform those organic sounds into something different. Weird Together has since teamed up with outfits like the Caribbean Steel Pan Orchestras and Sudanese Vocalists to create an off-kilter brand of EDM.
