The Rhythm Hunters is an Australian-based drumming and rhythm collective that focuses on Aboriginal Australian, Indonesian and Japanese tribal music. Formed in 2006, the group uses physical percussion, didgeridoos, western horns and Asian flutes to create rhythmic soundscapes. Having performed at the Sydney Opera House, the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Woodford Folk Festival and the Dreaming Festival, The Rhythm Hunters has proven itself as one of Australia's premier percussion ensembles.
