Jans Ingber is a singer/songwriter and musician from Veneta, Oregon who is perhaps best-known for his longest-running project, The Motet. However, over various projects, including The Soulmates, The Everyone Orchestra and his own solo work, he has wandered through a lush musical landscape and experimented with elements of soul, folk, roots music, lo-fi and various Latin sounds, from Afro-Cuban music to bossa nova.
