For an elegant evening of traditional choral music in a stunning Gothic cathedral, check out a performance by the Cathedral Choral Society, a choir that has been performing since 1941. The nearly 200-voice choir is the resident symphonic chorus of the <a href="detail.html?detailID=10647">Washington National Cathedral</a>. It performs well-known masterpieces as well as Washington musical premieres. The chorus performs four times a year at the cathedral. It also has performed at Constitution Hall and the <a href="detail.html?detailID=25528">Kennedy Center</a> and has made several recordings.
