About
Based in Hamburg, Germany Tonbandgerät is an indie pop band that emerged in 2007 as a trio consisting of sisters Sophia and Isa Poppensieker and Ole Specht. The band released its first EP Tetris, in 2009 before adding Jakob Sudau to the lineup and getting started on a full-length effort. Tonbandgerät released its debut album, Heute ist für immer, in 2013.
