Free Time is an alternative pop/rock outfit that emerged out of New York City in 2012. Led by Melbourne, Australia native Dion Nania, the band creates an accessible brand of indie rock with a jangly pop sensibility and an affinity for heartbreaking narratives. After recording its debut album and traveling back to Australia to mix it, Free Time released its eponymous full-length record in 2013.
