He has cranked out a respectable number of hit singles and has created a grandiose image for himself that fits perfectly with his music. Because Mr. Diamond is such a imposing and empowered individual, he rarely goes on tour and when he does, tickets are ridiculously overpriced and hard to come by. Because of this live music conundrum, a Neil Diamond cover band called Super Diamond has arisen to sustain the masses with their cravings for all things Neil. Formed in 1993, the cover band has honed its skills and with years and years of experience spent on the road dutifully reenacting classic Neil Diamond staples, the band is perfect if you're craving a Neil Diamond kick.
