Il Sogno del Marinaio is a post punk trio led by prolific singer/songwriter and bassist Mike Watt. Formed in Italy in 2009, the group recorded and toured throughout the country, earning a dedicated national following along the way. Il Sogno del Marinaio dropped its full-length studio album La Busta Bialla, with Watt's imprint Clenchedwrench in 2011.
