West of Eden is a Swedish folk band that offers a Celtic-flavored pop rock sound. Led by vocalist jenny Schaub, the band released its eponymous debut album in 1997 filled with both traditional folk and classic rock instrumentation. West of Eden continues to craft its modern, old-time sound on records including 2009's The West of Eden Travelogue, and 2012's Safe Crossing.
