Based in New Orleans Partners-N-Crime is a rap duo composed of Kango Slimm and Mr. Meanor. After joining forces in 1995, the pair earned a local following through various New Orleans talent competitions and was signed to Big Boy Records. Partners-N-Crime dropped its debut album PNC 3 in 1995, and has since become somewhat of a legend in its home state through its various records, including 1999's We Be Hound'n and 2006 Club Bangaz. The duo released its sixth full-length album We Are Legends, in 2009.
