Based on Allan Edwall's novel of the same name, Limpan is a contemporary play that follows the story of Loafie Lindberg, a chronically unsatisfied writer and alcoholic. After he escapes from his rehabilitation center, he changes his mind and decides to return to treatment, only to find out that the institution has barred him from reentering its facilities. The production covers themes of recovery and the social perception of addiction.
