Julie Halston

New York native Julie Halston is an actress and comedian who got her start on television before moving on to Broadway. In between stand-up gigs, she played minor roles in shows such as Sexy and the City, Law & Order and My So-Called Life, before landing roles in Broadway productions of The Women, Hairspray, Gypsy and Twentieth Century during the early 2000s. In 2012, she developed her own comedy act Classical Julie, at New York City's Birdland and has reprised the one-woman show for a month-long residency at the famed jazz club.
