Girls' Generation(소녀시대) is a South Korean girl group from Seoul that is comprised of Taeyeon(태연), Jessica(제시카), Yoona(윤아), Seohyun(서현), Tiffany(티파니), Yuri(유리), Sooyoung(수영), Sunny(써니), and Hyoyeon(효연). Since releasing its debut single album Into the New World in 2007, this girl group has released 5 albums and more than 20 singles and has captured East Asian young fan's attention. Girls' Generation's musical pursuit is mainly bubblegum pop and teen pop combined with a charming appearance and fancy performances. The group has earned a reputation for typical of the girl group sensation in South Korea.
