Sultan and Shepard, a Canadian electronic music duo, are comprised of Sultan (Ossama Al Sarraf) and Ned Shepard. Sultan, who hails from Kuwait, relocated to Montreal in 1996 to pursue studies in mechanical engineering and business at McGill University, where he became deeply involved in the local house music scene. In 2002, he met Shepard, a fellow student and DJ, and together they began their music production journey. They established Harem Records in 2008 and have released several notable singles, including "Walls" featuring Quilla and "Make Things Right" featuring Tegan & Sara. They co-wrote the popular track "Bad" by David Guetta and received a Grammy nomination for their remix of Bruno Mars' "Locked Out of Heaven." Their discography features albums such as Echoes of Life: Day (2019) and Forever, Now (2023). Renowned for their vibrant sound, Sultan and Shepard have collaborated with esteemed artists like Tiësto, Junior Sanchez, and Nadia Ali, earning recognition within the electronic music community.
