With his first novel The Wednesday Soul, Sorabh Pant has indeed propelled his career from a television writer to an established stand-up artist, after Vir Das. His regular performances are held at The Comedy Store, in Mumbai, where his harmless satire and puns on Indian society and its various communities leaves audiences in splits.
